Notes for current-calculation:
The stator current from permanent-excited motors can not be
calculated as usual with the rated output, converter output volt-
age, power factor and efficiency. The reason is that the induced
voltage at the rated point does not comply
with the converter
output voltage automatically. The real terminal voltage is
depending on the speed, the torque and the integer number
of turns.
The stator current of the 1FW4-motor series is proportional to the
speed. With it the required stator current for a torque differing
from the rated torque can be calculated. The stator current
should be calculated exactly with the project tool „SINAMICS
MICROMASTER SIZER“.
