Run MyVNCK

Overview
SINUMERIK Integrate for engineering Run MyVNCK integrates
CNC functions into the simulation process. The kernel uses the
same source code as the NC kernel in the CNC. This allows CNC
algorithms, language scope, commissioning, data management
and communication to be handled in the same way for both
Run MyVNCK and NCK. Run MyVNCK is capable of simulating
control sequences with their full range of functions. CNC pro-
grams including all their high-level language elements can
therefore be checked for syntactic correctness and executabil-
ity. The working area can be reliably assessed for risk of collision
and the workpiece geometry and motion behavior can be
evaluated. Program runtimes can also be calculated.
By deploying other components, such as the CAD data for the
real machine, the machine manufacturer or CAM system manu-
facturer can create a virtual machine that resembles the real
machine as closely as possible.
Use of SINUMERIK Integrate for engineering Run MyVNCK is
always subject to conclusion of an integration contract.
