Technical specifications
The brake coil has a supply voltage of 205 V. Other standard
voltages for the coil are 24 V, 103 V and 180 V. Supply voltages
other than those specified here are available at an additional
charge. Voltage tolerance 10 % according to IEC 60038.
Torque adjustment
The rotor with brake pads is connected to the motor shaft via the
toothed hub. The armature disk is pressed firmly against the
rotor in the zero-current state by means of springs. The braking
torque is applied by means of this pressure.
The braking torque that can be transferred can be altered by
adjusting the spring force. The brake is equipped with an
adjustment ring. The spring force, and therefore the braking
torque, can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment ring.
