Baldor ACB330 Microdrive
The ACB330 is a general purpose AC Microdrive with high-performance features. It is heavy-duty rated up to 30HP, and can handle variable torque, constant torque or constant horsepower applications.
The ACB330 is designed for New installations, replacement applications as well as for original equipment manufacture (OEM) use. The ACB330 features Volts per Hertz or Sensorless Vector Control with peak overload capacity of 150% and PID capability. An IP20 enclosure is standard and a UL Type 1 option kit is available.
Baldor ACB530 Inverter
The ACB530 is a general purpose AC Drive that supports the majority of Industrial Applications. It is both normal-duty and heavy-duty rated with ratings up to 550HP. The ACB530 supports variable torque, constant torque or constant horsepower applications, and is available in 230V, 460V and 600V versions.
The ACB530 features Volts per Hertz or Sensorless Vector Control with peak overload capacity of 150% and PID capability. Both UL Type 1 and UL Type 12 Enclosure styles are available.
Baldor VS1ST Microdrive
Designed to replace fixed speed motor starters, the Baldor VS1ST is easy to setup, and ready to run out-of-the box using only forty five parameters for quick startup. The keypad is intuitive and used for both programming as well as local operator control.
Heavy duty rated with capability from ½ to 15 Hp, this panel mount drive is easy to install or replace. Pull apart terminal strips and DIN Rail mounting are standard. Feed through power provides incoming terminals at the top of the drive and output motor power at the bottom.
Baldor VS1STS 600V Microdrive

Baldor VS1PF Bypass Pump and Fan Drive
The VS1PF Bypass is a dedicated Pump/Fan Package with Hand/Off/Auto and Local/Remote Bypass features. Stock ratings up to 40HP 230V or 125HP 460V, this bypass package is powerful and cost competitive. Electronic Bypass can switch to Bypass Mode when a critical fault occurs in the drive allowing the motor to continue to operate.
The VS1PF line of controls offers both V/Hz and Encoderless Vector mode for both Variable Torque (VT) and Constant Torque (CT) applications. Energy Savings mode can reduce kW used by the control when operated on VT loads. The slimline design allows for side-by-side mounting with zero clearance. The PF bypass drive is prewired for quick connections to line, load, and analog/digital inputs.

Baldor VS1PM Permanent Magnet Drive
Exclusively for use with Baldor Interior Permanent Magnet Motors, the VS1PM AC Drive is a high performance vector drive that offers an energy efficiency motor/drive package in a NEMA 1 enclosure. Both constant and variable torque loads can benefit from the efficiency gains using permanent magnet control.
The VS1PM comes standard with resolver feedback and can automatically tune to the Baldor RPM-AC Interior PM Motors. Three modes of control are available–PM Closed-Loop Vector, PM Sensorless Vector or V/Hz. Baldor VS1SM Microdrive
The Baldor VS1SM is a V / Hz and Sensorless Vector product that combines performance and reliability. With optional built-in EMC/RFI Filter and configurable PNP/NPN Digital Inputs, this single phase 230V AC microdrive is ideal for OEM Applications that require a compact, cost-effective, feature-rich product.
Baldor Series 5 Micro Inverters
Baldor’s Series 5 inverter is a low cost and compact size inverter. However, don’t let the compact size fool you, the Series 5 mini-inverter is packed with the same protection features you would find in larger controls.
Built-in current limit provides motor overload protection. High peak-current is available for up to 2 minutes and delivers up to 200% starting torque.
The available peak currents will result in reduced nuisance tripping during overload conditions. Electronic inrush current limit and filtering is standard to reduce transient voltage spikes from dirty power sources. Did we mention the quiet motor operation for the 8kHz PWM carrier frequency?
Replacing a DC control, such as a BC100 series? The mounting dimensions are the same. Setup is easy too as it doesn’t require any programming, just a simple turn of a few potentiometers and you are running. We even include the potentiometer screwdriver.
